Tenants will be able to register their tenancy contracts’ details in Ejari by following the steps below:


  

 
   
 
Fill the application form

 

 
   
 
Attach soft copy of required documents

 

 
   
 
Click on “Save” and get Request Number

 

 
   
 
Click on “Print Request” and print copy of your request summary

 

 
   
 
Visit RERA offices with all required documents to verify your request, pay, and get your final tenancy contract

** Tenants will be allowed to register their contracts’ details only if the property is not registered already in Ejari system by leasor

Make sure to fill DED details section

 

 
   
 
Attach soft copy of required documents

 

 
   
 
Click on “Save” and get Request Number

 

 
   
 
Click on “Pay and Get Certificate”

 

 
   
 
Check terms and conditions of online payment and click on “Pay By noqodi”

 

 
   
 
Fill Payment details to complete your payment

 

 
   
 
Print your final tenancy contract and payment receipt

** This feature is available only for commercial contracts used in Dubai Economic Department for issuing a new trade license
